So my drawing skills suck but this is what I'm concerned is going on under the concrete.
If you look at my picture you will see that the wall is possibly sitting over the waffle instead of the Reo / Beam space in the slab and that cutting in on the end could expose the waffle.

But, when it was framed the frame didn't sit in from the side did it????
ReplyDeleteSomething very strange has gone on here that's for sure. See what you mean from your drawing but if that's the case either the slab was the wrong size, or the wall was put in the wrong spot....
Either way you want to get this sorted. Any good answers from your SS.
