Clarity

Ok so i had an onsite meeting with my SS and found out the error is a lot less than i thought. The facade of the house actually has kind of pillars of bricks between each window so the only part of the slab that had to be removed was the section under the window not either end as the bricks kind of wrap around and go back in and under the windows. The slab was boxed correctly and the waffles inside it are in the correct location. The frame is also in the correct location the only mistake was that the foam used to create the slab step down need to be a double under this window only. The windows inside the portico don’t have this problem. Big relief! But the funs no over yet.

If you examine the photos the termite protection hasn’t been replaced! These bricks are going to have to come back down.

My SS rang the pest protection install guys for me and they said that the protection can be side mounted with a more expensive fastener but that means the frame doesn't need to be disturbed to place the termi mesh under it.

Now on to the other progress. Bricking has continued around the side. Only a little more on the south side, front facade and the window sills all the way around remain to be done.

On to the build plan from here. The tiling will be done tomorrow and the grouting on Friday. while that is done inside on the outside the termite protection issue should be rectified and the bricking continued.
Hopefully the bricking will be finished on Friday as the weather is going to take a turn for the worst after the weekend.

My drawing skills suck

So my drawing skills suck but this is what I'm concerned is going on under the concrete.

If you look at my picture you will see that the wall is possibly sitting over the waffle instead of the Reo / Beam space in the slab and that cutting in on the end could expose the waffle.

Investigating

So my concern is that they may break into the waffle section of the slab cutting back into that area.

sorry for the quality of the photo but this is the best one i have to work with. I placed an arrow were they are cutting back into. As you can see it has to be getting close to the corner of the waffle.
