WTF– Concrete FAIL!

Ok so lets start with the good.

Front windows are assembled after being stained look very nice.

Now on to the bad…….. WTF is this!!! i guess the slab was boxed incorrectly and this got missed at inspection before slab was poored.

The termite protection has been pulled away and this will have to be installed under the wall again! no idea how they intend to do this? and it will have to be pest inspected and certified safe. The reo has been cut and I’m really hoping that the slab doesn't crack in this area.

Lots of questions for my SS in the morning!

  1. looking pretty good ...except for that butchering of the slab!
The paint is looking really really good, I think I like your main wall paint colour more than mine too.

  2. Never seen a slab do that before..... I agree you need some really good answers as to how they are going to fix that...

If you're not satisfied get an engineer to look at it, or independent building inspector...

    Good luck.
