So me and my Siberian Husky, Akira were thinking about those annoying gum trees on the block and she wanted to help! So one piece of rope and one McDonnell's Quarter pownder later and we had devised a new gum tree removal system named "Husky Power TM"

Gearing Up For A Site Cut

Well we are in the final stages to site start. M are getting the building permits and council approvals and we are getting our First Home Grant paperwork sorted ("Birth Certificates Required")  :(

We are starting to get excited to see some actual progress :)

Contract Signed

We have signed our contract!!!! and the Land has settled!!!!!

Can't wait for the site works to begin!!!

Contract Signing

I have received my new contract with all changes that we made at Studio M correctly added.

The only discrepancies we found is with a price change without explanation on the BBQ gas point that we added? it had jumped from $149 quote price at Studio M to $449 in the contract !!!!

The only thing that reads different about it is that it mention that it upgrades the gas line?

Home Contract Coming On Monday

I received a call to say that the contract is on track and will be available on Monday to sign.


Getting excited now! can't wait to start.

I plan to upload daily progress photos of the build.

Should i try take a photo from the same spot each day so i can do a time laps thing at the end and have an animation of it getting built?

were would you recommend to take that from? dead center out the front?

I will need to take an empty lot start photo. hehe :)
