Did you get any good answers on the brick work?

I thought the pump under spa setup would be an upgrade.
ReplyDeleteThe water got in because the tile to facia above the garage hasn't been complete
So is that the tiling on the garage behind the parapet wall??? Or somewhere else??
ReplyDeleteThe main thing is as long as they fix it all for you.
They have said they are changing out that plaster and skirting board.
ReplyDeleteI have sent an email aobut the spa pump box. No reply yet.
I took the angle that it needs to be servacable and siliconed to the window sill isn't "serviceable"
oh and yes its the tiling behind the parapet wall. The SS said he was hoping it wouldn't rain till it was complete but no luck.
