The cracks in the ends of the exposed rafters?
The position of the capped water point my push my fridge out into the hall to much?
The garage door is it a temp door?
Hi Clinton, Definitely worth asking about the cracks in the exposed rafters... and finding what they are going to do about it.
ReplyDeleteBigger builders like Metricon often use temporary doors on build jobs so that the clients expensive door doesn't get damaged during construction by trades so I wouldn't worry about it, won't hurt to confirm though.
What's going on with the fridge space??? Where's the photo, or did I miss it? Perhaps ask if the tap can be put higher so that it's above your fridge.
BTW, just re-read your last post, didn't realise Metricon was in the food industry now too... house comes with Lentils do they make a burger or is it lentil stew???
