On the daily visit i found the tiles had been delivered and the timber length that hold them to the roof trusses. The roof trusses are are almost finished being installed will be finished today weather permitting. (Rainy day today)
I’m starting to get excited to see some bricks but i think a few things will happen first before we get to that.
The gutters and facers should go up this week (Thursday/Friday).
I think the tile supports and some tiles should go up next Monday.
After that i think it will be electrical and plumbing's turn.
Then it will be time for some brick work to start!!!
I’m really pleased with the workmanship of the house so far. The roof trusses are perfectly level and the house seems very square in the corners.
no issues to report at this point.
