Well its finally coming to an end. My SS called to give me a handover date of the 31st of August.
Painting of the alfresco celling and the portico celling and garage inside is to happen today.
Then he will arrange a time next week to do a walk through and note anything that needs to be fixed ready for handover.
I noticed looking along the garage door that is siting in to far at the top left hand end.
a piece of the trim is missing, I guess this will be replaced while painting it.
This brick has a large chip out of it and will need to be replaced.
Cool, a date! how many weeks will that be?
ReplyDeleteIts probably not too bad for how wet and cold it has been for a fair chunk of the build.
Probably just an adjustment required with the door, they'll likely get the door guys back to sort that.
ReplyDeleteBe interested to see if the damaged brick gets replaced.
Would expect prior to painting that missing trim would be replaced.
