So the list of things left to complete the home as per contract.
Paint Alfresco ceiling, Portico ceiling, garage walls, front door, garage door and Exposed rafters.
Complete the Bricked header course on the portico poles
Stain front windows, Portico poles.
Install Gas point for BBQ in Alfresco
Install garage timber panel lift door with motor and remotes
Install the oven and range hood
Move spar pump (my request)
Complete and Paint Cladding on facade
Install retaining wall beside driveway location
Install down lights into the alfresco
Install down lights into the portico
Onto the photos of the cleaned brickwork.
Yeh looking very nice now. The bricks are looking very neat and tidy.
