So apparently the bank forgot to send down the building permit with the mortgage paperwork and the system is so technologically advanced that this raises no alerts or alarms. it takes till somebody chases it all up to find the issue. Long story short the missing document has been sent down and I'm told payment will be made by Friday at the latest.
well that was 3 weeks of perfect weather waisted and three weeks of rent.
