Contract Signing

I have received my new contract with all changes that we made at Studio M correctly added.

The only discrepancies we found is with a price change without explanation on the BBQ gas point that we added? it had jumped from $149 quote price at Studio M to $449 in the contract !!!!

The only thing that reads different about it is that it mention that it upgrades the gas line?

    Are they gold gas lines ? That's sketchy man, they should have told you about the change.

    Just my 2c worth but sounds like a lot for a gas point if you already have gas appliances in your kitchen...

    Would ask for some explanation on that one, must be some sort of reason, maybe they are gold plated :-)

    Apparently the gas line had to be upgraded to support the extra flow required. :(
