I received a call from Metracon and hoped that it was for an appointment at Studio M. No such luck it was just to inform us that our CSC will be Rebecca and that our soil sample results were in and we had achieved a M-D wowhoo no extra money required :)

said they were as estimated. :) they put aside 6K in the quote for them so we may get a little reduction hopfully.

ReplyDeleteI dont think i will need one. Rebecca said my access test was a pass. does that include a test for that sort of stuff?
ReplyDeleteHey Clinton, if they say your access test is a pass. Usually means they feel they'll have adequate access to the site for the duration of construction without having to charge you a levy to crane materials onsite or anything like that.
